Autumn Ann: Iowa Trip

Excuse the belated post, but I neglected to write about Autumn's first trip to Iowa for the annual Kolbe family reunion! Autumn did great on what was her second plane trip, and was a real trooper all weekend. We visited with family at Autumn's Great-Great-Aunt Jo's house Friday night, then we attended the big shebang on Saturday in Melbourne, followed by the requisite dinner at Maid-Rite. Sunday we visited with more family at cousin Teresa's house before heading home. It was a whirlwind weekend, but great for extended family to meet and spend time with Autumn for the first time! As of now, Autumn represents the youngest family member, but that is sure to change. I kind of hope someone has some babies soon so that she will have kids her age in the family to play with during these family get togethers! All in all it was a successful weekend with family.
